A male student in Singapore is facing charges of illegal trespassing and violating privacy after he sneaked into a women’s bathroom to peek at girl.
According to Chanel News Asia, February 27, in court, Zachary Lim Yong Hao, 18, a male student attending a college (whose name was not disclosed) pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal hacking. offenses and violations of women’s dignity.
In January 2019, Lim took a bus, alighting from a stop in the National University of Singapore (NUS) village. When Lim exited the men’s restroom, Lim saw a female student go to the restroom and followed.
From there, Lim began the habit of cycling from Choa Chu Kang’s home to the NUS university village every Sunday to see the girls. On March 17, 2019, he broke into a women’s toilet in a university village, hiding for about an hour until the 22-year-old woman entered.
This person discovered Lim was peeking so immediately left. An hour and a half later, she led her friend back, discovered the first chamber was locked, knocked on the door but no one answered.
Two people go to find security guards to report the incident. When the three returned, Lim left. A few days later, the girl reported to the police.
Later, when caught, Lim admitted standing up to the toilet lid to peek at a woman through the partition.

During the trial, the judge decided to impose local probation on Zachary Lim Yong pending the next trial on March 26.
